Atypik is an independent watch brand created by Vincenzo Ruggiero, passionate and collector for years.
Vincenzo wanted to bring his vision to the watchmaking world. Filling the gap between micro-brands and independent watchmakers, offering exceptional timepieces imbued with a touch of eccentricity at a fair price and produced in very limited editions.
About Vincenzo, the creator
I would say that I am passionate about everything I do, and I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone.
As a web entrepreneur for over 15 years, I wanted to dedicate myself to a new, more tangible project. Creating real objects that convey emotion and allow me to express my personality: an artist’s soul combined with a scientist’s brain. Being passionate about and a collector of watches for years, I’ve always been a bit frustrated by the watch industry, offering very few choices to customers looking for high-end horlogerie at a fair price.
I also wanted to create a brand that could be an extension of my personality and my vision on life: always taking things very seriously, with a taste for quality and the pursuit of perfection, but without taking yourself too seriously, always with a touch of madness and eccentricity.
That’s my proposition with Atypik.

Atypik was born in Belgium 🇧🇪, in the beautiful city of Namur, in the French-speaking part of the country.
Every Atypik watch is built by hand in Switzerland, the global cradle of the watchmaking industry.
Our watches are also entirely assembled, regulated, and tested in Switzerland.
